THE COMFORT OF HOME WITH A GLOBAL REACH

About Scott Comfort

I am an Agricultural and Residential REALTOR® specializing in the Ag division. My main coverage area for Agricultural properties is Central to East Central Saskatchewan from Southey to Nipawin. However, I am not restricted to only that area. For Residential my area is a 30 miles radius around Wadena. In particular I have experience in Foam Lake, Fishing Lake, Wadena, Wynyard, Kelvington, and Quill Lake.

I was born and raised in Wadena, and am glad to be back after living Regina where I lived for 11 years. With the arrival of our son Kade, my wife Marcy and I decided it was time to move back to our hometown to raise our family. In my spare time I enjoy golfing, curling, fastball, and spending time at Fishing Lake.

In addition to being a FULL-TIME Agriculture REALTOR®, I also contribute to the sport of curling. I am on the Canadian Curling Association Board of Governors, Goldline Curling Supplies Sask. Sales Representative, and an active curler on the Saskatchewan and World Curling Tours.

While living in Regina I earned a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Regina, majoring in Recreation and Sports Administration. I have held positions as Saskatchewan Curling Players Association President, a Director for the U of R Rams, and Vice-Chair of the 2011 Ford World Men’s Curling Championship in Regina and as GM of the Tartan Curling Club. The unique and innovative programming and marketing strategies in the curling world transfer to Real Estate well and is exactly why I should be your Realtor®. In addition, to the traditional methods of marketing your property I will always be creating new and unique ways to promote your property.

I know Wadena and the surrounding area very well and know the importance of being involved in the community in a small town. You can expect to see in your community events as a volunteer and/or supporter.
